These Terms of Sale govern the purchase and use of products and services offered on www.crosscheat.com
(hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), owned and operated by CrossCheatCom (hereinafter referred to as “CrossCheat”).
At CrossCheat.com, we deliver cheats and software programs developed entirely by our own team. Once the product you purchased has been delivered, your subscription period begins and cannot be paused, postponed, or transferred. Products in stock are delivered automatically.
After a purchase is completed, refunds will not be issued for reasons beyond our control. Game developers may take actions or release updates at any time, and it is not possible to know in advance how or when these measures will affect our software, or how long updates may take. However, in cases where we are unable to provide updates or if development is permanently discontinued, we guarantee a refund to ensure that our customers are not disadvantaged. Similarly, if a feature is removed or disabled, we also provide a refund guarantee.
All memberships are limited to one PC only. If you change your computer, you may need to purchase an additional “PC change package.” During updates, certain features may be temporarily or permanently disabled, while new features may also be added. No extra fees will ever be charged for newly added features.
If any form of offensive, abusive, or insulting content is shared, your membership will be terminated and no refund will be issued.
Support requests related to the purchased product are valid only for the duration of the subscription period starting from the date of purchase. Technical support is provided exclusively within this period.
CrossCheat reserves the right to amend these Terms of Sale at any time by publishing the updated version on the Website. The amended provisions shall come into force on the date they are published.
